Offering approximately 750 SF with two bedrooms, or bedroom/office, a full bathroom, full kitchen with breakfast bar for two, living room and apartment size laundry. Back yard provides a very large enclosed deck with an amazing view of the West Valley. Private access with driveway and/or street parking. Utilities included except TV/internet. Dog/cat permitted and the deck will be securely separated from our pets. This is a MUST SEE apartment. No yard maintenance required. Rent can be pro-rated for first month if move-in is after the 5th. First month rent, pet deposit and security deposit required to move in. We will consider all short term rentals with monthly rent adjustment for short term.
