The common areas of the home are furnished and all utilities are already set up for the house including high speed internet. There will be a fixed utility fee on top of the monthly rent of $150 to help cover all utilities being provided along with a professional cleaner that will come once a month to clean the common areas of the home and the shared bathroom. The garage spaces will be leased separately and for an additional fee, a garage space will also include rights to the driveway space behind it. All leases will be on a month to month basis.
