Street parking. Could be a great fit for someone in town for work or an internship, travel nurses, UCLA students, or a recent transplant looking for something home-y while they they find their forever spot! The bright, cheery studio has wood floors and comes completely furnished with a queen bed, dresser, fold-down sofa, coffee table, kitchen table, and wardrobe. Linens and towels may also be provided. Laundry on site in the main house - just coordinate with me via text! The kitchenette comes complete with mini fridge, microwave, French press, electric two-burner cook top, and some dishes/silverware. No proper stove, sorry :( Full private bathroom has been updated with stand-up tile shower (no tub). Private entrance through pretty French doors that open to a back courtyard. Have a bite in the sunny outdoor dining space and relax under our fruitful orange tree. The back yard is shared with the single tenant in the other studio, me, my husband, our baby daughter, and our pup, Roo. Please only email if you're comfortable with dogs! She's small, quiet, and super friendly. Awesome neighborhood - walk 2 blocks to downtown Culver City - full of delicious restaurants, coffee shops, bars, yoga studios, the Culver Steps, and the new Culver movie theater.
