Application Denial Based on: Outstanding balance with a past landlord or rental agency (This may be waived if the outstanding balance is paid in full at the time of application processing and proof of payment is shown) Any prior evictions Criminal background containing conviction of a drug or sex related nature Applicant acknowledges that a consumer report and tenant screening report may be obtained in connection with this application. Screening reports may include credit history, rental history, eviction history, criminal background, income verification, and other information relevant to tenancy.
