This north Oshawa apartment is recently renovated each having an open concept living room and kitchen. There is lots of closet space in each bedroom and the hallway within the apartment. The building is steps from the bus stop on Simcoe St and 2 km north of the Lakeridge Oshawa Hospital or 3 km south of Durham College and Ontario Tech University. It is also walking distance to the north end of the Michael Starr Trail, North Oshawa Park and Northway Court Park. It is a quiet residential neighbourhood. This is a three storey building and there is no elevator in the building. The bedroom(s), living room, and kitchen in each apartment have large windows that make it a bright apartment. The open concept kitchen with counter height peninsula can easily accommodate stools for meals. Kitchens have stainless steel appliances, some including a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a large soaker tub with shower. There are extra closets within the apartment. Every apartment in this 28 suite building has its own hot water heater, and thermostats for electric heat. Heat, electricity and water are included in the rent. Grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants are walking distance from the front door. This 3 story walk-up building is secured 24 hours a day with an intercom for allowing in visitors. There are security cameras around the building. There is on-site laundry on the first floor. Parking outside is available.
