Adams, just steps away from Holy Cross Monastery. This apartment features a private entrance and offers a comfortable living space. The living room is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV with Roku, providing access to thousands of movies, TV channels, and top streaming services like Netflix, HBO, and Showtime (guests use their own accounts). The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and free coffee from the Keurig. The bathroom provides plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Parking is tight, with 6 spots for 6 apartments, and may be too tight for bigger vehicles. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. This apartment is ideally situated within walking distance to all the amazing restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment of Mt. Adams. It is surrounded by Eden Park, home to landmarks such as the Cincinnati Art Museum, Playhouse in the Park, and Krohn Conservatory. Downtown is just a short 5-minute Uber or car ride away, and the hip Over the Rhine district is also a 5-minute Uber ride for dinner and drinks. Getting around the neighborhood is easy, with most major city attractions a quick 5-minute drive. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may be considered criminal trespassing, leading to potential prosecution. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah, is not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior towards staff will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation.
