Furnished (could be unfurnished) 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom full basement for rent in NE Portland. This is a shared living situation with my family of 3. Entrance from the carport leads directly downstairs with door at the top of stairs. Amenities downstairs include: a queen-sized bed with new foam mattress/pillows/linens, two nightstands, dresser, large sofa and table, 60-inch tv loaded with apps, robot vacuum, full-sized stainless-steel refrigerator, a small private bathroom with shower, and shared washer/dryer. A shared home gym/weight room is also downstairs. Upstairs has a shared full kitchen, additional living spaces for me and my kids, and a large, fenced backyard. To be very clear, this is a shared living situation where I am both the landlord and the roommate. I am a single mom with two young kids looking to supplement income. If you value complete privacy or quietness, this is not the right living situation for you (aka kids!). Utilities are included in rent price: electricity, heat, air conditioning, gas, water, and internet. Access to the tv apps and security system will be granted upon execution of a lease. Lease is required. Must be ok with an older dog and 2 cats. House Rules & Expectations: • Must love kids and dogs/cats • No smoking/drugs/excessive drinking on the premises • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM, Daily • Shared cleaning responsibilities (ie wash own dishes, clean own bathroom) • Must maintain cleanliness and respect for shared spaces • No overnight visitors, unless prior request made to the landlord/roommate • Must be employed • Background, criminal, and credit check required • Preference for female or nonbinary applicants- single moms encouraged Date Available: Sept 1st 2025. Month to month to lease to start. If things go well, lease can be yearly. $1200/month rent. $1200 security deposit required.
