Semi-private entrance from the carport leads directly downstairs with door at the top of stairs for privacy. Amenities downstairs include: queen sized bed with new foam mattress/pillows/linens, two nightstands, dresser, large sofa and table, 60-inch tv loaded with apps, robot vacuum, full sized stainless steel refrigerator, private bathroom with shower, shared washer/dryer. Installing an egress window in June. A weight room is also downstairs sharable with the homeowner. Upstairs has shared full kitchen with new appliances, additional living spaces for me and my two young kids, and a large, fenced backyard. Utilities are included in rent price: electricity, heat, central air conditioning, gas, water, and internet. Must be ok with an older dog and cats. Single mom with two kids looking to share her home to supplement income. House Rules & Expectations: • Must love kids and dogs/cats • No smoking/drugs/excessive drinking on the premises • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM • Shared cleaning responsibilities • Must maintain cleanliness and respect for shared spaces • No overnight visitors • Must be employed • Background, criminal, and credit check required • Preference for female or nonbinary applicants Date Available: July 1st 2025 or once egress window is professionally installed. Month to month to lease to start. If things go well, lease can be yearly. $1200/month rent. $1200 security deposit required.
