With an in-condo laundry room,there is no need to take your clothes elsewhere - sit and relax watching TV (cable included) while you do your laundry! Waterway Point is the perfect spot for you to truly enjoy your Floridian Vacation,just miles away from the crystal sands of the beaches,you are bound for endless adventures! The Waterway is an upscale neighborhood that offers resort-style living. Its location is perfect,with just a quick car ride over the Cortez Bridge,you are just minutes from the remarkable beaches of Anna Maria Island and just right down the street from the world-renowned Cortez Fishing Village,where you can find cute dockside restaurant’s,marinas,and places to charter a boat and find jet ski rentals! House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets,no exceptions. The dock is available to fish off of. No boat access.
