This wonderful Trailside in-law apartment is 15 minutes from Main Street in Park City, in only 8 minutes from Kimball Junction, is service by High Valley Transit, and is a short walk from Round Valley. Walk out your backdoor to incredible hiking, mountain biking, and off leash dog walking in Round Valley. This area turns into amazing fat biking and groomed track set cross-country skiing in the winter. Trailside Park (mountain bike skills park, skate park, playground, tennis courts, dog park) is a 4 minute bike ride away. This apartment is in the wonderful Park City School District (Trailside Elementary). There are many families on our street-- a tight community of full time residents with children. My wife and I spent years renting so we built this place out to how we would want to live. Some details about the space: Starting with the walls and ceilings, we soundproofed like a Nashville studio to avoid sound transfer from upstairs living space to your basement home. You have your own entrance. We installed massive 4' x 5' foot windows and double glass French doors to let in all the light. Two custom tile bathrooms, wood soft-close kitchen cabinets, outside venting designer range hood, and modern appliances make this a wonderful place to come home to. Outdoor patio area has room for a table and grill. We have plans to build a shed to store bikes and camping equipment for our tenants in the works. Animal friendly for well behaved furry friends and a pet deposit of $500. Full-size clothes washer and dryer is included. Two parking spots, plus street parking June-Oct. All utilities including wireless-gigabit internet service are provided for an additional $300 per month. 12 month lease highly preferred. Not furnished.
