ADDITIONAL FEES : $250 cleaning fee *Tenant will leave property in same condition and cleanliness on the date they took occupancy. 1st month & last month Rent and Security Deposit with an additional pet deposit if needed. There is a $30 application fee that is non-refundable. We will (1) check your credit report, (2) check for past evictions, (3) verify your employment, (4) personal income must be sufficient and verifiable, (5)verify your previous rental references, (6) perform a criminal background check.
