The studio includes a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with towels, large closet, SmartTV, and wifi. All utilities and internet are included in the rent. A washer and dryer are on the premises and shared with the tenants in the apartment upstairs. The entrance to the studio is in the backyard of the front house. The backyard has a patio and wood platform that can be used as a deck. We have a friendly black lab mix and Maltipoo, so you must be okay with being greeted by them if they are outside. This studio is half a mile from the Rose Bowl and a couple miles from Old Town Pasadena. It is located on the westside of Pasadena, so it is a short drive to Downtown LA, Burbank, and Glendale. It is close to JPL, CalTech, Art Center, Huntington Hospital, USC Keck Medicine in Pasadena and Arcadia. The Rose Bowl offers many outdoor activities and when it is active, there is a nice ambience when concerts, football games, soccer games, etc. take place there. The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is located on the bottom level of a 2 story backhouse. One parking space is provided on the driveway. This is a month to month lease, or a year long lease. 30 day minimum stay.
