Across the street from Valley West Mall, Hy-Vee, and Target. 235 connection is just past Hy-Vee. Starbucks, restaurants and walking trails are in the immediate area. Complex has a nice well-maintained and clean pool as well as a guest house that can be rented without charge. Updated kitchen, floors, and AC to keep you comfortable. Dining area is separate from the kitchen and will fit a decent size dining table. Laundry facility is in the same building and on the same floor. Water and heat are included in rent. Each building and floor has its own laundry room.
