Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of free on-street parking, this freshly remodeled ($25K) studio unit is a perfect cozy space for a working professional. This is a lower unit in a multi-family house (upstairs is a separate unit). New paint throughout, new vinyl flooring throughout, brand new everything in the bathroom. Only thing that was kept original was the lower counter/cabinet in the kitchen because I wanted to preserve the Spanish influence from the original builders. Room for a queen bed but slightly more living space with a full bed. Located 20 min from DTLA, 15 min from Keck Hospital, 10 min from CSULA and about 5 minutes (or less) from both 710 and 10 freeways. Nature abounds in this area, there is no adjacent house to the south, north, across the street or on 180 degrees of the nearby hillside. A short 4 minute drive to lovely City Terrace park too! Credit, background and reference check will be performed on all prospective tenants for safety reasons. Full house rules will be available before signing the lease but basically quiet hours are 10pm to 6am, no illegal drugs, no smoking (inside or outside), no firearms (exceptions made for LEO and security guards), no pets (service animals excluded with proper paperwork). Regarding overnight guests, a guest generally becomes a tenant if they stay for more than 14 days in a six-month period or more than seven consecutive nights. All tenants must be on the lease and are subject to full tenant screening. No tenant shall allow a guest to become a tenant without prior express approval of owner.
