There are two security cameras on the property, one overlooking the driveway and one overlooking the front doorway. Parking is restricted to the driveway only; do not park under the house. Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the property. No parties or events are allowed. Please refrain from engaging in any illegal activities or leaving out food that may attract pests. Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Grill only on the patio area downstairs and clean the grill after use. Rinse sand off in the outdoor shower after visiting the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than expected down the toilet, as this will damage the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains.
