Each Unit features a Living Room, Coat Closet, Dining Room, Full Kitchen with Refrigerator and Gas Stove, Linen Closet, Full Bathroom with Tub and Shower, a Large Bedroom, and a Large Bedroom Closet. All of our properties have secured entrances, an on-site Laundry Room, and the buildings are Smoke Free. Lease: 6 Months, then Month-to-Month One Off Street Parking Space for Tenant Parking only, Heat, Gas, Water, Sewer, Garbage, and Recycling is included in monthly Rent amount.
