This requirement is applicable even if an approved applicant has not seen the inside of the home. We collect a security deposit equal to one month’s rent for all new leases. The following dog breeds and types, whether full or mixed, are prohibited: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, Wolf hybrids, any combination mix of the foregoing breeds, and any other breed or type that Landlord deems to have similar characteristics. Maximum of two animals allowed per home. - Pricing displayed reflects the lowest option for a given lease term and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Elgin is a small rural town that values southern hospitality. Named an All-America Town, Elgin is an intimate community of friends, family, and neighbors dedicated to helping one another. The biggest efforts are seen in the winter and fall months when the town hosts donation drives like Toys for Tots. The town is very quiet but gets busy during the regionally famed Catfish Stomp. This annual festival is the biggest of the year, drawing people from across the county to enjoy pageants, a parade, gospel singing, and delicious catfish stew. The Catfish Stomp is held at Potter Community Park each year. The park also hosts other small-town events year-round.
