Two sliding glass doors lead to back patio which overlooks a beautiful green space and Sandstone Creek. Open the windows & listen to the sound of Sandstone Creek just outside your door. Location is tucked away among trees & is quiet & relaxing. In the spring, fall and summer you can walk/run/bike to several trail heads (5 mins) and Lionshead Village (15 min / .95 mile). Please note: wood burning fireplace is out of order, sorry. Listen to Sandstone Creek as it ripples across the back yard. Sorry, NO PETS and no smoking anywhere in the complex per the HOA rules and regulations. 2 cars maximum. This home is currently tenant-occupied through June 2025 so please plan ahead as showings are Tue-Fri between 11am and 4pm and we'd like to give the tenants at least a 24hr notice.
