This chalet offers a classic Colorado experience at the base of Pikes Peak Highway, complete with a hot tub, grill, and game room. It's the perfect spot to unwind after exploring nearby attractions like Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, and Pike's Peak. The cabin features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Upon entering, you'll find a cozy and stylish bedroom. The large, open kitchen and living room area provides ample space and seating for meals and board games. A bathroom with a shower is located off the kitchen, and an outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill is accessible from the back deck. The garage has been converted into a game room, complete with a ping pong table, arcade basketball, darts, and ring toss. Upstairs, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi offers mountain slope views. The second bedroom features a bunk bed that can sleep up to three, while the master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a deck with seating. A hot tub is located to the left of the deck, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. The cabin is pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets with a fee of $100 for each pet. Parking is available for up to three cars, and a 4WD vehicle is required during winter months to navigate the steep driveway. Conveniently located next to Green Mountain Falls, the cabin is just a short distance from the Pikes Peak Highway. Downtown Woodland Park is a mere ten minutes away on U.S. Route 24, offering charming coffee places, restaurants, and quaint shops. Historic Colorado Springs, scenic Manitou Springs, and historic Old Colorado City are down the mountain on U.S. Route 24. The city of Colorado Springs is approximately 20 minutes from the cabin, and the Air Force Academy is about 35 minutes away. The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood with many permanent residents, making it unsuitable for parties, loud gatherings, or events. There is no air conditioner, which is common for the area, but the weather is typically pleasant with cool breezes even in summer. Cell phone reception varies by carrier, but the cabin's Wi-Fi signal is strong and can accommodate guests and streaming devices. Bear-proof trash bins are provided near the driveway for safety, and all trash should be secured to prevent wildlife access. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited, and outdoor smoking debris should be cleaned up with extra caution due to forest fire risks. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the minimum rental age is 25. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
