About This Property
Beautifully remodeled 2/1 park model home located in Barrington Hills RV resort. Available the first week of October 15th. Move in ready! Furniture,family room television (cable ready at renters discretion and expense),some dishes and cookware,some bedding,and nice decor (subject to minor changes from what’s pictured). There is also an AMAZING tankless water heater that means you can take as long of a hot shower as you want and not run out of hot water! (As long as there's propane,which it uses very little). There is room to park 1-2 vehicles on site,with an overflow parking area by the community office for guests. There is a washing machine and dryer umbrella on premises,a laundry facility available (pay by card) in the community,very small storage shed on premises. Multiple dumpsters located in the community for free household trash disposal. This is a very nice community full of a lot of very friendly neighbors. There is a beautifully resurfaced community pool,the community hall has a lot of fun activities,functions,and clubs to join available to the community throughout the fall,winter,and spring seasons. Some of the Functions: dances,karaoke,dinners,potlucks,coffee and ice cream socials,holiday parties,fun games,etc. A great way to meet people,make new friends,and have fun! There’s also a small fitness room,billiard room,shuffleboard,and horseshoes. Applicant must qualify the application process ($25/adult) through the Barrington Hills RV Resort community office located at 9412 New York Ave Hudson FL and pass a background & credit check application through the landlord ($43/one adult). Available for an annual lease only,no short term options. Sorry NO pets and NO smoking. Tenant is responsible for propane use (for cook stove and water heater),cable and internet if desired,and electricity. First months rent ($1300) and security deposit ($1300) required prior to moving in. (First month will be prorated based on a 30 day month if lease is signed mid month).

Hudson is suburban beach community on Florida’s west coast, just north of New Port Richey and about 45 miles from Tampa and Clearwater. Many of the houses and condos on the west side of town are connected to the Gulf of Mexico by canals, making it a great spot for boaters.
