Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. This property is not pet-friendly. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated.
