The dining table seats six, perfect for shared meals or game-day snacks. The spacious living area features comfortable seating and a smart TV. Board games, luggage racks, and ample closet space provide convenience and comfort. Rear carport and street parking are available for easy access. Top Golf Range and Legends Event Center are nearby, and Historic Downtown Bryan is a short drive away, offering live music, unique shops, and festivals. Lake Bryan is also nearby for hiking, biking, and lakeside dining at Cadillac Ranch. The surrounding area offers dining and entertainment options, including Porters Steakhouse, Chimy’s, CAVA, Hopdoddy Burgers, Mo’s Irish Pub, The Canteen, and Star Cinema Grill. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property; unauthorized guests will incur a $300 fee plus $25 per person. Villa Navidad is not pet friendly, and if a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged, and the booking may be terminated. All trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster, or a $20 charge will be applied. Includes a desk for remote work in the loft bedroom. [SI]
