Parking fee included in rent, private parking spot. Guest parking also available. I live here with my cat and manage the property. Neighbors are all very nice, everybody looks out for each other. Community pool access, and a dog park 1 block away. Cherry creek bike path access is 1 mile away. Close by Costco, multiple highways, walkable to Walmart.

Looking to fill a spare room in a 1,300 sq ft condo. The room is 110 sq feet, with a closet, large window, updated blinds, western facing view, private bathroom and parking spot. Shared access to the porch, in unit laundry and community pool. Extra storage in a closet underneath the stairs. I am a 34 year old banking professional who works in office 4 days a week.
