Community pool access, and a dog park 1 block away. Cherry creek bike path access is 1 mile away. Close by Costco, multiple highways, walkable to Walmart.

Shared access to the porch, in unit laundry and community pool. Extra storage in a closet underneath the stairs. I am a 34 year old banking professional who works in office 4 days a week.
