The cost is $20 for the first pet, and $15 for each pet thereafter: MOVE-IN COSTS: A reservation fee equal to 25% of one-month rent is required to take the property off the market. The full Security deposit is required at move-in. The base Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and/or an Adverse approval.
