Due to safety code, replacing the traditional stove is a microwave, cook pot (cooks everything even meat), and a countertop burner. Laundry- washer/dryer is available on site. This private unit has its own separate entrance way through the garage. There is a bench on the side yard and an area to plant. It is the landlord’s preference to initially meet the perspective tenant over the phone and then in person or over Zoom. Potential tenants must provide landlord references and complete a full background and credit check through Avail.CO/ application fee applies. The perspective tenant's credit should be in good standing with no evictions and make 2-3 times the amount of the rent fee.
