Classic light fixtures. New efficient furnace and central air conditioning. Small fenced yard in back with patio and garden. Walk to Interstate Max and Mississippi neighborhoods. • Non-smoking house • 1 Year lease, then month to month (shorter lease may be negotiable) • $55 screening fee per person • $1200 security deposit (refundable) • Cats and small dogs negotiable with pet rent ($15 for cats, $25 for dogs) • Tenants pay gas heat, electricity, and water • Owner pays garbage and yard maintenance OPEN APPLICATION PERIOD (City of Portland Rentals only): The Open Application Period begins at least 72 hours after the notice of unit availability is posted, and applications are processed in the order received (begins Jan 1 at 4pm).
