BANKRUPTCIES - All bankruptcies must be discharged to be considered. - Bankruptcies must be at least one year old and good credit established since filing bankruptcy. - All applicants with a bankruptcy under one year old must have a qualified cosigner with good credit and current income. IF the above criteria cannot be met, a co-signer MAY be considered.
