About This Property

This is a large two bedroom one bath first floor 1200 sq-ft apartment with private attached garage ( plus additional assigned spot on surface lot). Each unit has an in-unit washer/dryer. There will be new carpet in both bedrooms, hallway and living room. Wood simulated vinyl plank was installed in kitchen, dining and bathroom 2 years ago. Each unit has its own gas forced air furnace and AC unit and its own water heater. Tenant pays for electricity and gas usage. One dog and/or cat is allowed for a monthly fee of $65 per pet plus a pet security deposit . We require a clean credit and criminal background check with minimum score of 600, monthly gross income of 2.5 times rent, and a good housing reference
