A starter pack of essentials, including coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, is provided. Longer stays may require guests to restock these supplies. Enjoy being steps away from Pioneers Cabin and the beautiful Mill Creek Ravine with endless walking and biking trails. This suite is a 5-minute drive to top spots like the ICE District and Whyte Ave, a 6-minute drive to the heart of Downtown, and a 7-minute drive to the University of Alberta. The world-famous West Edmonton Mall is a 20-minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Unauthorized events or parties on the property will incur a $500 fee. Pets are not permitted in the home; evidence of unauthorized pets will result in a minimum $250 fee, which may increase to cover additional cleaning or damages. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the property; violations incur a minimum $400 fee, with additional cleaning charges for damage or lingering odors.
