About This Property
This one-bedroom apartment is a great space for those looking for an affordable place to live with ample storage and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has been updated with modern appliances and granite countertops, and the bathroom is fully updated with great water pressure. High ceilings and lots of natural light make this apartment feel even more spacious than it already is. The building itself is situated on a quiet street that is lined with trees, which makes it easy to forget you're in the city at all! **Disclaimer: The photos may not represent the exact available unit but reflect similar units in the building** Lakeview is a vibrant place for locals and tourists alike. Home of Wrigley Field and the Chicago Cubs, there is always something to do (rain or shine) in this walkable and energetic neighborhood. With an abundance of delicious restaurants, hopping bars and trendy shops, deciding what to do will never be an issue in Lakeview. Lakeview is located directly north of Lincoln Park and includes the area between Lake Michigan (directly east) and Ravenswood Avenue (directly west). It is a large and diverse community which also includes the smaller neighborhood of Wrigleyville. In other words, Lakeview is the perfect place for individuals looking for the hustle and bustle of city life while simultaneously experiencing the friendliness and support of a smaller town. With several CTA trains and Bus stops, transportation is not an issue in Lakeview. In fact, the easiest way to get to/from Lakeview is by taking the El train. The Brown, Purple and Red lines run through Lakeview - Diversey, Wellington, Belmont, Southport, Addison, Paulina, Sheridan and Irving Park stops are all located in/around Lakeview and are relatively easy to navigate. In the winter months, you may visit the Ice Skating Rink and Christkindlmarkt at Gallagher Way outside of Wrigley Field. Warm up with a cocktail and appetizer at Big Star Taqueria or Smoke Daddy BBQ, both of which are located directly across the street in Hotel Zachary. During the summer, plan a day trip to one of Lakeview's many beaches for a refreshing dip in Lake Michigan. Fullerton Beach is a short walk south and Montrose Beach is a hop north. Both of these beautiful, sandy beaches boast gorgeous views of Lake Michigan but have plenty of grassy, tree-lined areas for those who prefer to stay in the shade. Bring your furry friend to the "Dog Beach" at Belmont Harbor or Montrose Beach for an afternoon of fun in the sun.. and a romp in Lake Michigan. Pup covered in sand and slobber? Don't worry! Montrose Dog Beach has self-service dog washing stations for quick and easy baths.

If you love baseball — particularly if you love the Chicago Cubs — there's only one neighborhood for you: Lakeview! Bordering Lake Michigan on the north side of Chicago directly above Lincoln Park, Lakeview houses one of Chicago’s most popular destinations: Wrigley Field. Originally built in 1914 for Federal League’s Chicago Whales, Wrigley Field is one the oldest still-operating stadiums in the MLB. It was renamed Wrigley Field in 1926 by then-owner William Wrigley Jr., a chewing gum manufacturer.
Of course, there's more to Lakeview than baseball. From the luxury high-rise apartments along Lake Shore Drive to the tree-filled streets and single-family homes in Graceland West, there's something for everyone in Lakeview. This large neighborhood consists of several smaller enclaves, including Wrigleyville, Boystown, and North Halsted. Lakeview features several theaters, such as the Music Box Theater and the Playground Theater, as well as music venues and shops.
