About This Property
Details: -~1200 sq. ft. upstairs apartment in duplex with vaulted ceilings and NW contemporary architecture. Wood floors throughout. -Massive 400 sq. ft.deck with western views. - Updated kitchen with quartz countertops, Bertazzoni gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker and filtered water, and lots of storage -Updated bathroom with wonderful skylight. -Very quiet. Located in Collins View neighborhood. Short walk to Lewis and Clark, Tryon Creek Park, or down to the waterfront. Easy to access I-5, Lake Oswego, OHSU. - Great place for runners/hikers with trails/parks/public cemeteries in almost every direction. There is a cemetery three blocks away that allows dogs off-leash. - Laundry room is downstairs is shared with downstairs apartment. This is the only spaced shared with the downstairs tenant. - Dog door in entry out to fenced dog run. -Attached garage with Tesla charging - New window blinds with really good blackout blinds in the SE bedroom. Seems like a little detail but I have them upstairs as well and really appreciate them. -Ductless heating and cooling with three splits in the unit. Installed in 2018 and recently checked in Sept 2022. -Some photos are of the unit from 2018 when it was staged for sale so you can get an idea of how much space there is. Some photos show it fully furnished as it is now cluttered with all my stuff. To be clear the unit will be cleared out and professionally cleaning before anyone moves in. Utilities and stuff: -Owner takes care of all landscaping/yard work. - Split electrical, gas, water bills, recycling/garbage costs with downstairs. - Currently 1-gigabit internet hooked up with modem in upper apartment. If you’re ok sharing with the tenant downstairs then I’m willing to pay for and manage the internet service. If not we can make other arrangements for you to get your own internet service. Duplex living: You would have a great downstairs neighbor who is very respectful and communicative. He likes to play music but is always communicative about making sure it’s not too loud and that he is playing it at appropriate times. He and I both work hard to make sure we’re not interfering with each other when it comes to noise, sharing the laundry room, and sharing the driveway. It’s important to me as owner to get a new renter that can be a good upstairs neighbor to him since I’m confident he’ll be a good downstairs neighbor for you. Logistics: I'm looking for some one to move in November 1, November 15 or maybe December 1. Let me know if you're interested and would like to come take a look this week, or just want to ask some questions about the place. I’m very motivated to sign a lease as soon as possible even though the move-in date is still a ways out (happy to explain why). Background check, credit check, and first month's rent, required to sign the lease. $800 security deposit will be required at move-in.
