Occupancy Pricing: To maintain our all-inclusive model and stay within the environmental design capacity of mountain living (private well and septic system), base rent is calculated for a standard occupancy: Unit 1 (4-Bedroom): Up to 5 residents. Unit 2 & 4 (2-Bedroom): Up to 3 residents. Additional Resident Utility Fee: Due to the increased consumption of electricity (for well-pumping and heating), water usage, and wastewater processing, an Additional Resident Utility Fee of $100 per person, per month applies to any resident beyond the base occupancy. This ensures we can provide a predictable, all-inclusive rate for our tenants to live safely in the mountains. Pet Policy We are pet lovers! Dogs and cats are welcome! To protect the property's finishes, we require that all cats be kept on a regular nail-trimming schedule or utilize 'Soft Paws' (silicone nail caps): Pet Rent: $50 per month, per pet, 4-bed condo or $35 a month for 2-bed condo. Pet Deposit: A $300 refundable deposit is required per pet. Lease Availability We are offering a term starting August 17th through May 17th, 2027.
