Located minutes from the iconic Idaho Falls Idaho Temple, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is a perfect stop on the Grand Teton Loop. Feel at home in this comfortable home. This home is designed for comfort and convenience. The primary suite includes a private en-suite bathroom with double shower heads. A modern, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, and everything you need for meals at home. Enjoy a beautifully landscaped backyard with a lush lawn and a covered patio ideal for outdoor meals, games, or relaxing. You’ll have access to the garage, and two bikes and a scooter are provided to explore the area (use at your own risk). Pets are allowed at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA. Walk or bike to local favorites including the Snake River Greenbelt, Idaho Falls Temple, Japanese Friendship Garden, The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho, and East Idaho Aquarium. Plus, plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants are just over a mile away. Yellowstone is approximately 122 miles away, Grand Teton is approximately 94 miles away, Grand Targhee is approximately 82 miles away and Kelly Canyon Ski Resort is approximately 28 miles away. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Moving of furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle, located on the property. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife/bug/critter encounters. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose. Please be cautious and store food/garbage in bear-proof containers and do not approach wildlife. No food/drink to be left outside unattended. No firing of weapons of any kind allowed on property. No tents are allowed, per subdivision rules. No large bonfires and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. No pallets, plywood, garbage, or other debris are to be burned in the fire pit. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use. Additional sleeping space includes a queen sofa bed in the office and a twin sofa bed in the basement. [SI]
