I have been living at this complex for 2 years since I have been here management has changed 3 times each one worst then the last Do not be fooled by the friendly greeting you Receive when you enter the office They do not care about the residents here especially the good ones who pay their rent ahead of time and do not bother anyone The pool has not been opened since I have been here mail boxes broken, walls and floors are paper thin you can hear all movement and noises from neighbors apartments be aware of warm weather people like to congregate in parking lots blasting music from cars and drinking and carrying on all times of the night And oh it is not a gated community so this is also home to the homeless who will steal your packages outside of the door They will charge you alot of different fees and fines here unlike any other complex in Atlanta It is not worth the money
Take too long to repair issues but will be quick to charge anything that is a medium priority to the safety and comfort of residents. Loud neighbors. Loud community. If you have dogs not a great place to be. Wanted to update to anyone moving in here. I lived here 2 years. The contract stated the apartment had a washer and dryer hook up. Let me tell you It did not. I had to dispose of my dryer and use the laundry mat for 3 weeks. Ok. They fixed it by violating code of safety and adding a 220v cable across the wall breaking the wall and just patching it up. No paint. Just patching ok...no exhaust for the dryer was ever added so I has to change dryers to an exhaust less dryer. Ok. Then they my apartment flooded because of a neighbor water problem. They took over 3 weeks to respond to the damage and left it carpet as is. They did not dry nor changed the carpet. Mold was developing on the wall in the closet. So I finally decided to move. After they started charging me for fees they thought priority despite the fact contract was never followed. Oh but that is not all. The ened bill was a whooping 900 bucks really 1100 they took my deposit, that's ok. But because they wanted to charge every little thing to the tear and wear even if you pay a pet fee, smudges on walls or floor of any kind will be charged. Management is unreasonable do not move here I'm warning you. I'm a tenant that paid rent week or more early. Never maid any trouble and still was mistreated. After trying to resolve the problem the management simply said. We will send you to colección. So they will make you pay for whatever they feel like it. I'm do well as a living but I think the problem for me was the treatment. Glad to have moved and for anyone reading this please do not move her. They did reduce the fee to 750 because they were charging me for something they cause and they still are but again they want money. They don't cade for your wellbeing, safety nor concern. RENTER BEWARE
After move-in, I've dealt with multiple stupid issues that could easily be fixed/avoided but management drags their feet or simply doesn't car. First, my apartment has washer/dryer connections but was not wired for a dryer. It look them 4 months after I moved in to get the wiring setup. I was doing laundry at my friends places during this time. Second, the billing page was telling me I do not have the permissions to access the payment page to pay rent. I was given a $150 late fee for this and when I called to handle this, they would not take the late fee off even though it was their system that sucked. They just want all of your money and to not help in any way. Go elsewhere.
It looks nice but they have underlying bug problems and if you have a major issue they patch it and Ignored calls while the apartment is rotting
Roaches and more Roaches. First off, I rarely do reviews but I'm all out of resources at this point. Secondly I've never wanted to move so bad ever. when I moved here I was promised $300 dollars of of June's rent. Which I thought was suspect because I moved in December of last year 2018. When Junes comes they change the management of the property and the new management didn't honor the agreement per the previous management. That upset me. The pool never opened this summer. I've been living here for 8+ months and the just fined me $200 without proper notice for a boxing bag that I put on my patio when I first moved in that has not been a issue prior to now. They are very unorganized and unprofessional I pay my rent early sometimes two months in advance and all of a sudden they had a problem with my cashiers check and threatened to evict me because they didn't process the check properly causing me to have to take time from work to sit in their office and rectify the situation. I resent every decision I made that got me here to the wretched apartment complex. Just last week someone was firing a gun off about 10 ft from my window at about 5 a.m. on top of that they have a roach infestation issue. please save yourself a headache and find somewhere else to live.
Previously I would have highly recommended this apartment complex, however, since I have moved in the management has changed and the pool never opened the entire summer. Additionally, after Irma hit there were power lines hit that impacted our laundry facilities that still have not been corrected (it is Oct. 5 2017 currently) the tree is still down, the power line is still sitting there and there is simple caution tape around the area and nowhere to do laundry. Lastly, my rent is currently paid 3 months in advance and I was just served my second mistaken eviction notice. The office really should try not to send non-payment notices to evict those who have paid several months ahead and get their paperwork together..
The management staff at 93 East is friendly and helpful. If something needs fixing it is taken care of usually within 24-48 hours. Sometimes within hours. Professionals who like a clean quiet living environment would love it here. Our place is spacious and chocked with amenities. The grounds are well manicured and maintained with beautiful foliage. Overall, this is a great place to live.
93 East Apartments is a gated complex that is located on Shallowford Rd less that 200 feet from I-85 in Northeast Metro Atlanta inside of I-285. Approximately 12 minutes from I-75, 10 minutes from GA 400 and 4 minutes from I-285 The apartments come with a lot of closet space, reliable central air in the summer and heat during the winter. Very nice pool area and very well lit parking. Directly across the street from Publix grocery and convenient to MARTA bus lines 33 and 47 and not far from Chamblee MARTA rail station. All apartments come with seperate living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom areas. You are 15 minutes from downtown by car during non-rush hour and 40-45 minutes from Hartfield-Jackson International airport and 22 minutes from Stone Mountain Park.
