The smart family room includes a picture-frame TV above an LED fireplace with ambient strip lighting. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and a center island snack bar. The dining area offers vaulted ceilings and seating for the whole group. Enjoy the L-shaped deck with a hot tub, firepit, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and comfortable seating. There's also a fenced-in backyard with an additional firepit and string lights, and four swings under the main balcony. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee of $50 for 1 dog or $100 for 2 dogs, collected post-booking during the digital check-in process.
