About This Home
The advertised rate of $14,869/month is the lowest available price, based on a 1 month(s) stay with a move-in date of April 26, 2026. For exact pricing and additional pricing components, please visit our website and enter your desired move-in and move-out dates. The rate is applicable when billed upfront; it can be higher if billed in multiple payments. Feel at home in this custom-built, modern 3-bedroom house that sleeps up to 8 guests. Perched atop a private 36-acre hilltop, the house offers spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains and the valley. This architectural gem features floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views of Wears Valley. The primary suite includes a king-size Saatva bed with luxurious, resort-quality sheets and pillows, custom cabinetry and closet with plenty of storage, a RokuTV, and an en-suite spa-like bathroom with small-batch, organic toiletries and plush towels. The custom walk-in shower doubles as a steam room and features a wrap-around bench, rain shower, hand shower, and body jets. The fully equipped kitchen has high-quality pots, pans, and accessories, a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for 8, a French press coffee maker, a burr grinder, an electric kettle, locally roasted whole bean coffee, and assorted teas. For entertainment, there is an arcade, RokuTVs, a piano, a record collection, and games and books. The house also includes a washer and dryer with detergent, and an iron and ironing board. Parking is available for 4 cars in the driveway. A 4-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended in winter. Belltop is located in the beautiful Wears Valley area, a perfect basecamp for scenic drives along Foothills Parkway, hiking in the Smokies, or shopping and fun in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. For the best access to the park, be sure to use the Cades Cove entrance. The Little Brier trailhead is the closest to the house, just over 5 miles away. Groceries and shopping are available in Pigeon Forge, about 9 miles (around 20 minutes by car) away. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. If evidence of indoor smoking is found, a $200 remediation fee will apply. If additional cleaning, equipment, refunds, or relocation of other guests is required beyond standard remediation, those costs will also be billed. If you bring unreported pets, a $50 additional cleaning fee per pet will apply, in addition to the standard pet fee. Events and gatherings must have prior approval and are subject to additional fees. The driveway is steep, so anxious or new drivers may not be comfortable, and in the winter, guests should plan to arrive in 4-wheel or all-wheel drive automobiles. [SI]
