The unit can be partially furnished including a couch, two flat screen tv's, end table, dresser, queen size bed, and some decorations that were designer picked to match the aesthetics of the unit. A washer and dryer and small storage closet are located in the rear of the unit in a shared hallway with the upstairs unit - although this closet and washer and dryer are exclusive to this unit. The unit comes with internet, water, and cable included. The tenant will pay for electricity which is relatively low due to the efficiency of the unit. This unit also has access to the Market Common pool which is a short walk or bike ride away - it's equipped with a small gym, two pools, a lazy river, two hot tubs, hammocks, ping pong, and more.
