About This Home
---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: ---- You will be charmed by this home that looks like it was transported from the past, with its wide front steps, columns, and rocking-chair front porch. You will be even more charmed when you see the newly renovated interior, with all the modern conveniences of a contemporary home. Original wood floors throughout most of the house are accentuated by a gorgeous new paint job and modern, stylish light fixtures and ceiling fans. New stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet space bring the kitchen up-to-date, with touches from the past to give it that irresistible retro look. You might feel the urge to start baking from scratch! But, if you aren't so inclined, you can relax in the sizeable living room, or head upstairs to the enormous room that makes up the entire second story. Is it a bedroom? Play room? TV room? Office? Why, yes, it is--or could be. This large upper room comes with a wardrobe pre-installed to make it easy to use as a bedroom. However, if you don't want to use it for that, it makes a great flex room for any number of uses. You may choose to make it a bedroom/playroom/office all in one--it's really that large! Set among gorgeous, mature trees, this home has all the trimmings of a classic with all the updates you would want. City water/sewer; central air; gas heat; government subsidies not accepted on this property. Pets considered with PetScreening, Pet Deposit and Pet Rent. PLEASE NOTE: This home is managed by the owner, NOT by Gates Management and Realty, and the owner will be responsible for maintenance and will collect rent.
