North Hills East is an extension of Panorama City’s North Hills neighborhood. It lies on the eastern side of the 405 freeway and houses a burgeoning rental market and plenty of amenities for renters. The apartment managers sucks

The manager he doesnt do anything to help renovate the apartments. On the hottest days of the summer he doesnt open the pool. He opens the pool for their family and friends. He got arrested and called the police on more then several times. He is also a pervert. He has parties and doesnt let other people have parties just one of thier friends. The people in the apartment are just rude nosey gossipers and mean to kids that dont do anything wrong. I wouldnt recommend this place. I would recommwnd it if their was new manager.
