This executive home features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and open-concept living area that leads out to your private outdoor patio, grill, and pool. You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib, and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. The backyard is entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool, sitting/dining area, and hammock. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. This welcoming Rowlett neighborhood offers a peaceful, suburban atmosphere with easy access to parks, dining, and shopping. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. Security cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage, recording 24/7 for your safety. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed and street parking is strictly forbidden. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate.
