About 9200 Hunters Mill Rd Blacksburg, VA 24060
Looking for roommate to fill guest bedroom (will be empty as of 12/26/16). Rent is $493.50 per month. The guest bedroom has a 1.0 bathroom (has a shower head and tub) across the hall. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, therefore there is no need to share the bathroom. The Foxridge lease ends May 21st (~ five-months long). This is extremely convenient for students who are starting Spring semester or want to move out of dorms after Fall semester. The lease also does not include the summer months. So if you are competing your degree and do not want to pay for summer months, then this is perfect. If you want to stay past May 21st, you can. You would simply sign another lease with Foxridge. Of particular note, Foxridge just installed new appliances as follows: dishwasher, refrigerator, and a digital thermostat. Also, the apartment building is located at the very back of Foxridge, next to an open field, mitigating the cramped feeling other buildings suffer from. Apartment Specifics are as follows: 2 Bedroom. 1.75 Bath. Full Kitchen. Dining Room. Front Room. Balcony with Light. 3rd Floor. Tennis and Basketball Courts (Very Close). Trail to Virginia Tech Campus. Close to Bus Stop (15 Minute Ride to VT). Pool (Short Drive Away). Laundry Room on First Floor. 10 Minute Drive to Campus. Food Lion (5 Minute Drive). If you have any questions (and/or want the link to the Dropbox folder with additional photos and a video walkthrough), feel free to contact me.
