Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. Walking, biking, ride sharing, or driving are recommended ways to get around the neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors. No animals other than a dog are allowed, as the family has allergies to other animals; a fee may incur if unapproved animals are on the premises. Smoking is not permitted on the premises or inside the home; a $500 mitigation fee will apply if smoking is discovered on the premises.
