The modern, fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, offering everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals or quick bites. Amenities include air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Assigned parking is available for 1 vehicle. Overflow/guest parking is available on a first come first served basis. A shared barbecue grill and shared outdoor pools are available. With its prime location, you're just minutes from Gulf Shores' top attractions, restaurants, and shops. Gulf Shores Public Beach is approximately 0.5 miles away, offering a pristine beach perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Gulf State Park Pier is approximately 1.2 miles away, ideal for fishing and taking in panoramic views. Waterville USA is approximately 1.5 miles away, a family-friendly water and amusement park. The Hangout is approximately 1.7 miles away, a popular beachfront restaurant and entertainment venue. Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is approximately 2.0 miles away, home to over 500 animals. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age. Pets are not allowed, as the condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Some properties have cameras installed outside for your safety and protection. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. The pool is currently under renovation and will remain closed until further notice. Guests must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation. [SI]
