If you choose to check in past 11pm CST and cannot access the unit or contact us, no refunds will be given in the event you cancel. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in, at the sole discretion of the host. Late checkouts must be approved by the management team and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout or $35 for a same-day request. If you stay past your 10am checkout time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next night's stay at the listing's full price. We do NOT allow pets; it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned and/or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $250. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; each bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. Please do not leave trash in the grass or backyard or porch. We have a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING rule and have devices in place to detect that. Please do not tamper with the device or there will be a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond that.
