Kitchenette with indoor/outdoor dining space. Single person, no overnight guests. 90 day minimum rental. This is a manufactured home in a quiet all age mobile home park at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Adjacent is a small community garden creating a peaceful and tranquil setting. No smoking/drugs, disabled husband uses MMJ. Quiet hours 10pm to 5am including weekends. Day shifters preferred as owner is up at 5am and to bed at 8pm and husband is home during the day. Parking on street only. Non-refundable cleaning deposit $200. Please provide background/credit check. Less than 3 miles to Dominican Hospital. Bus stop on Hill St X Capitola Ave - less than a block. Less than 2 miles to Cabrillo College. NO section 8.
