Surrounded by 3 outside decks, our home provides ample space to enjoy the outside. We are neighbored by: St. Francis Downtown (0.6 mi) Prisma Health (1.8 mi) Bon Secours (2.8 mi) The Village of West Greenville (1.5 mi) Falls Park (1.4 mi) -The Space- Parking can be found on our long, narrow driveway, with enough space in the back of the home to turn around. Once inside, you will find: -Living Room- Right inside the front door is our living room, perfect for chatting with those you love. It includes a sectional sofa with an ottoman, 1 leather armchair with an ottoman, an area rug, 2 side tables, and a Smart TV (no cable, guests login to their own streaming services). A puzzle is also placed on the TV table for the entire family to enjoy. -Queen Room- Right off the living room to the left of the entryway, you will find a fully carpeted room with a queen size bed, nightstand, and small reading lamp. This room has its own entryway to a shared bathroom. -Hall Bathroom- The Queen and trundle bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination, single vanity, and toilet. There are three entryways into this bathroom- one from each surrounding bedroom and one from the living space. -Twin Trundle Room- Entering from either the shared bathroom or the living space is a bedroom equipped with two standard twin beds in a trundle, day-bed frame. This room has one nightstand with storage and a floor lamp for extra light. -Kitchen- When you first arrive in the kitchen area, you are welcomed by a bar with three leather-backed bar chairs. As you walk around, youll find a section of the countertop fully equipped with a coffee station. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, spices, oil, salt, pepper, and much more to make cooking a breeze. You will also find a stacked washer and dryer right off of the kitchen area for all of your laundry needs. -Master Bedroom- Immediately off the kitchen space, you will find the entrance to the master bedroom. This bedroom has two large closets with ample room to hang clothes or store luggage. You will find a king-size bed, two nightstands with reading lamps, and a smart tv. Directly off of the master bedroom is a private balcony with an outdoor side table and two patio chairs ready for you to sip your morning coffee and plan the day. -Master Bathroom- A white tiled shower welcomes you into this light and airy master bathroom. There is a double vanity and one toilet. -Outdoor Space- The combined Living and kitchen space leads to a large, partial wrap-around patio, complete with string lights to add that extra special ambiance. We have an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs and a solar-powered lamp to set the mood. In the front of the house, you will find 3 rocking chairs perfectly situated on the front porch. The front space gives you the ideal balance of a front yard view while still providing privacy from cars as the house is on a slant. Welcome to Greenville!
