All 3 Bedrooms, dining and living rooms are all with A/C and ceiling fan. Internet, cable, TV in each bedroom including a 51 Inches in the Living room. . The Rate of the lease is based on a 6-month lease, renewable every 6 months . A 3- month lease is allowable but higher rate plus additional Transient Tax of 13.25% Monthly rate does not include water, electric, cable, internet ($85/person). We have a complimentary Netfilx. One time cleaning fee of $500. Unique about the place is the ocean view and mountain view on the 1100 square feet deck. It is next to the World class Ko Olina Resort, the home of Disney Aulani, Four Seasons Hotel, Marina and Marriott Vacation Resort.
