This apartment features top-quality furniture and a TV that swivels for viewing from either the sofa or the bed. The 3/4 bath includes a stacked washer and dryer and a brand-new tiled shower with a glass door. The kitchen, though limited, is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hot plate, and usual small appliances, along with plates, cups, glassware, and silverware. A heat pump provides both heating and air conditioning. This is a fragrance-free home, supplied with unscented paper products, dish soap and detergent, clothes detergent, and pump soap, with the exception of shampoo, conditioner, and wrapped tiny bar soaps. For longer stays between 21 and 28 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is provided free of charge. An additional $260 non-refundable fee covers up to $3,000 in damage insurance for extended stays. Conveniently located within walking distance to Shane Park, this apartment offers a quiet retreat. A car is recommended for getting around, as the area may experience slower internet connectivity due to its location. Check-in is from 4 PM to 7 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests are required to complete a Check-In Form provided by our trusted partner and attach a valid government-issued photo ID to finalize their reservation. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation will result in a $300 smoke removal fee and potential eviction without refund.
