INSIDE THE CONDO This beautiful condo is located on the third floor of the Lake Pointe Condos, there is an elevator to make loading and unloading easy. This beautiful condo features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first two bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level. Bedroom one has a Queen Tempur-Pedic bed and bedroom 2 has a Twin Daybed with a Twin Trundle. The main bedroom located on the upper level has a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, a walk-in closet with beautiful built-ins, and a private full bathroom. The main living area includes the kitchen with a large island and separate eating area, a spacious family room, and a flat-screen TV. Two balconies are located off the living room and one on the upper level in the main bedroom, all with beautiful views of the Marina and Spring Lake. SLEEPING The unit is permitted for a maximum occupancy of 8 and has provided bedding for 6. Bedroom #1: Queen Tempur-Pedic bed Bedroom #2: Twin Daybed w/Twin Trundle Bedroom #3: Queen Tempur-Pedic Upper Level with en suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking Spring Lake. EATING The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and a Cuisinart drip/k-cup style coffee pot so you can stay in and prepare meals if you desire. The attached dining area has seating for six at the table as well as two seats at the kitchen island. PARKING There are two designated parking spots in the garage located on the first-floor parking area. Enjoy all the fun of downtown Grand Haven including shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, charter fishing, walks along the Boardwalk, and of course the beautiful white sandy beaches without the hustle and bustle of staying right downtown. Just a five-minute drive across the Grand Haven Drawbridge, you will love exploring the quaint and quiet Village of Spring Lake as well. Bring your bikes and take a beautiful scenic ride around Spring Lake on the bike path, which runs right behind the Lake Pointe condos. Take advantage of the surrounding Marinas and bring your boat-you can take your boat right into Grand Haven and avoid having to find a parking spot!
