The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin trundle bed, beautiful built-ins with television and a large walk-in closet. There is also a second full bathroom, with a washer and dryer just outside the second bedroom. The main living area includes the kitchen with a large island and separate eating area, a spacious family room with a brand new queen sleeper couch, large screen TV and DVD player. A small balcony is located off the living room with views of the Bridge and Spring Lake. SLEEPING The unit sleeps 8. PARKING There is one designated parking spot in the garage located in the first-floor parking garage. Additional parking is available in the adjacent parking lot. THE LOCATION Enjoy all the fun of downtown Grand Haven including shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, charter fishing, walks along the Boardwalk, and of course the beautiful white sand beaches without the hustle and bustle of staying right downtown. Just a five-minute drive across the Grand Haven Drawbridge, you will love exploring the quaint and quiet Village of Spring Lake as well. Bring your bikes and take a beautiful scenic ride around Spring Lake on the bike path, which runs right behind the Lake Pointe condos. Take advantage of the surrounding Marinas and bring your boat-you can take your boat right into Grand Haven and avoid having to find a parking spot!
