The house was built in 2022, so it has an HVAC and water heating system that are only a couple years old. I am open to leaving furniture or clearing out the space to let a renter redecorate however they want! Come and take a look at the place and we can chat about your preference. The unit will be available starting January 15. I can do walk throughs anytime on the weekends or any day after 6PM during the week.
