Stay productive with fast WiFi, take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer, and enjoy cooking in a fully equipped kitchen whenever you want to dine in. When it’s time to unwind, relax on comfy beds and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. Free parking is available on the driveway in front of the unit, which has enough space for 1-2 small/mid sized vehicles back to back. Please only park directly on the driveway and not in front of the garage doors or on the street. A damage protection fee of $20 will be charged after the booking is confirmed. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Choctaw Casino, Southeastern College, Durant Medical Center, Walmart and other retail locations, and Downtown Durant. Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. If you choose to check in past 11pm CST, and you cannot access the unit or contact us, no refunds will be given in the event you cancel. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in, at the sole discretion of the host. Late checkouts must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 10am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price. A request for a late 1pm checkout the day(s) before your checkout will cost $25, and a same-day request will cost $35. Requests must be approved and payment made before you’re approved for a late/early check in/check out. We do not allow pets; it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned and/or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $250. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each stay is allowed to have 2 bags of trash left inside the unit. Per bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. Please do not leave trash in the grass or backyard or porch. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. We have a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING rule and have devices in place to detect that. Please do not tamper with the device or there will be a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, we will provide starting sets for consumables and toiletries, including soap, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper.
